We have weekly all-team meetings that recreate the “water-cooler” moments you get in a traditional office environment, sans the commute. In these meetings, we make a point to celebrate wins and lift up team members who are crushing it with shoutouts. We also love to celebrate our team members’ personal wins with them… Like babies, birthdays and anniversaries!
We screen all applicants and select those that we believe are the most qualified for the role. We look at both potential and transferable skills, not just job experience and education/credentials. We consider cultural add, not cultural fit.
We conduct virtual interviews and pass top candidates on for a Founders Interview. We want our candidates to get an immediate feel for the heart and vision of Baam, which is best explored through connecting with our awesome founders.
